KMS Financial Services Inc., an independent advisory and brokerage firm and wholly-owned subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE: LTS), has named Erinn Ford as chief executive officer to replace Eric Westberg, who will transition to the role of chairman emeritus.
