Job Title: External Wholesaler

Job Location: Remote

Job Description:

• External Wholesaler
• Wholesaling non-traded REIT shares and 1031-eligible DST interests to Investment Advisors and Registered Reps
• To empower investors, their representatives and advisors, and the BD & RIA firms with whom ExchangeRight partners, to be secure, free, and generous

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Series 7 license with FINRA
• Willingness to travel at least 2 weeks per month, at least 9 months out of the year
• Experience successfully raising capital as an external wholesaler
• Experience working in the RIA and IBD channels
• Expertise in non-traded REITs, 1031 exchanges, and DSTs
