H. Beck Names Chief Operations Officer
H. Beck Inc., an independent financial advisor platform and subsidiary of Kestra Financial Inc., has hired industry veteran Rob Costello as its new chief operations officer.

Costello has managed operations at independent broker-dealers for more than 20 years, and previously served as vice president of investment advisory operations at Prudential Financial. He also held various positions at Advisor Group and the MetLife Broker Dealer Group, leading operations and service teams for thousands of financial advisors.
H. Beck said that Costello has developed advisor service experiences, digital advice platforms, and workflows designed to support advisors’ needs.
“Rob has a wealth of technical expertise and operations knowledge unique to independent financial advisors, which will prove critical to enhancing our technology offerings, service capabilities, and advisor experience,” said Michelle Barry, president at H. Beck.
Costello received a master’s degree in business administration from Pace University and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 26, 63, and 65 licenses.
