Stifel Continues Growth With Four-Adviser Team in Washington State. Alternative investments, broker-dealer, financial services, registered independent adviser, RIA, Stifel, Columbia Crest Financial Advisors, Wells Fargo

Columbia Crest Financial Advisors has joined Stifel Financial Corp.’s independent contractor broker-dealer subsidiary, Stifel Independent Advisors LLC.

Columbia Crest Financial Advisors is led by Richard Reith and Laura Nelson and includes financial advisers Silas Newkirk and Trina Whitten. The team is based in Chehalis, Wash., with Whitten working from a satellite office in Roseberg, Ore. They were previously affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, where they were responsible for $335 million in client assets.

Columbia Crest Financial Advisors is the second practice to join Stifel Independent Advisors thus far in 2024, following Stofan Agazzi Investments in Joliet, Ill., which joined the firm in January.
