Position Summary –

As an Internal Sales Associate (ISA) with StratCap Securities, you will partner closely with one or more Regional Vice President’s (RVP) to support the firm’s efforts in raising capital through financial advisors. A high energy entrepreneurial mindset, competitive spirit, and passion for building relationships are the critical characteristics of an ideal candidate. A highly self-motivated professional and superior communication and organizational skills, coupled with a results-driven approach towards bringing awareness to StratCap’s investment solutions, will lead to success in this role.

This is an on-site position located in our Greenwich, CT headquarters. The office is located in central Greenwich with convenient access to Metro North Trains.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work hand in hand with assigned RVP’s to successfully develop StratCap’s brand presence with Financial Advisors.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with alternative investment focused Financial Advisors.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert representing StratCap’s alternative investment solutions focused on digital infrastructure real estate.
  • Develop a deep understanding of StratCap’s product philosophy, investment process, objectives, and market positioning.
  • Confidently and thoroughly communicate the benefits of StratCap’s product offerings with a consultative approach towards furthering relationships with financial advisors.
  • Gain a deep-rooted understanding of the alternative investment landscape with an emphasis on how StratCap’s offerings compare and contrast to the other alternative investment products.
  • Strictly adhere to all compliance guidelines in the use of approved marketing materials, documentation requirements, and proper licensing.
  • Participate in team and companywide meetings and provide input to the broader team on feedback and requests from financial advisors.
  • Become a power user of StratCap’s proprietary CRM and sales enablement platform to more effectively manage your time and track progress of your financial advisor pipeline.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • A passion for winning and consistently achieving goals
  • A broad understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
  • 1-3 years of proactive / outbound sales or marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative sales environment
  • NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain these licenses with 90 days of hire)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Marketing.


The anticipated total compensation for this role is listed below and includes a base salary and monthly variable compensation achieved by hitting territory level sales targets. Note, this compensation package factors in a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, appropriate securities licensing, and other pertinent qualifications specific to the role.
