RIA with $3 Billion in Client Assets Departs Schwab for Axos

CG Advisory Services, a registered investment advisor with $3.1 billion in client assets, is moving from Charles Schwab’s custody platform to Axos Advisor Services.

Based in Haslett, Michigan with more than 70 financial advisors, the firm had used TD Ameritrade for decades. CG Advisor Network was founded in 1998 by chief executive officer Anthony J. Mazzali and a team of advisors.

“CG Advisor Network is committed to empowering our advisors for success and growth,” Tony Mazzali, chief executive officer, posted on LinkedIn when announcing the move to Axos. “I’m more determined than ever to ensure our custodians and partners are building our brand to our clients, not building their brand to our clients.”

As The DI Wire previously reported, the firm joined LPL Financial in April 2023.
