MCI Hires New Regional Vice President

Megatel Capital Investment (MCI), the capital markets division of the Megatel Group of companies, has hired Eric Pueschel to serve as regional vice president of the Western region.

Prior to joining the MCI team, Pueschel served as senior vice president of the Western region for Ascendant Capital, the distributor of GPB Capital Holdings products.

“Eric had been recommended to us by several advisors and we thrilled to have him join the MCI team,” said Zach Ipour, co-founder of MCI. “Eric has created deep relationships within the independent broker-dealer channel as well as with registered investment advisors, and his role is imperative to support our growth and expansion of our alternative products.”

Pueschel has more than 13 years of financial services industry experience, and before Ascendant, he held similar positions at Wilkinson Corporation and EcoVest, raising a combined $100 million during his time at the three companies.

He also served as a financial advisor for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, where he assisted individual clients with their personal assets. Pueschel holds FINRA series 7, 6, and 63 licenses with Emerson Equity LLC.

In other MCI news, the company recently hired Thomas Gentry to serve as regional vice president of the Central region.

Megatel Capital Investment specializes in providing growth capital to Megatel Homes, one of the largest home-builders based in Dallas, Texas. MCI’s efforts are currently focused on communities in fast-growing population centers primarily located in Texas.
