The company was founded in 2012 by international commercial real estate giant JLL and is advised by the firm’s investment management affiliate, LaSalle Investment Management.
JLL Income Property Trust (NASDAQ: ZIPTAX; ZIPTMX; ZIPIAX; ZIPIMX) oversees a $6.9 billion portfolio of residential, industrial, healthcare, office and grocery-anchored retail properties. As of June 30, 2022, the company owned interest in a total of 128 properties and more than 4,000 single-family rental houses located in 26 states. Since its inception, the REIT has raised approximately $4.6 billion through its ongoing public and various private offerings.
