Job Description:

Snyder Kearney, LLC is a law firm, based in Columbia, MD, that provides due diligence services regarding alternative investment programs. The firm has implemented a remote work model; however residence in the Maryland, D.C., Northern Virginia areas preferred to facilitate occasional in-person meetings.

We are seeking an Administrative/Legal Assistant whose responsibilities will include: (i) proofreading, editing and formatting due diligence reports; (ii) managing the distribution of reports to clients; (iii) assisting with client and program engagement; (iv) communicating with clients; and (v) providing administrative support, such as planning meetings.

Background/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, major in English beneficial;
  • Strong proofreading, grammar and editing skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs;
  • Strong attention to detail; and
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
