JLL Income Property Trust Reports Daily NAVs and Offering Overview

Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust, a daily net asset value real estate investment trust, has reported its share valuations for September 2021 in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The NAV per share for Class A shares increased from $12.56 on September 1st to $12.71 on September 30th.

Class M shares increased from $12.59 on September 1st to $12.73 on September 30th.

Class A-I shares increased from $12.60 on September 1st to $12.75 on September 30th.

Class M-I shares increased from $12.60 on September 1st to $12.74 on September 30th.

Class D shares increased from $12.58 on September 1st to $12.72 on September 30th.

As of September 30, 2021, real estate investments totaled $4.07 billion, debt was nearly ($1.85 billion), and other assets totaled $249.1 million. The total company NAV across all share classes was approximately $2.47 billion.

JLL Income Property Trust noted that the value of its real estate investments was greater than the historical cost by approximately 4.3 percent as of September 30, 2021.

Since the beginning of 2012, the REIT has raised approximately $3.16 billion through its ongoing public and various private offerings, as well as its distribution reinvestment plan.

During the third quarter of 2021, JLL Income Property Trust raised approximately $367.3 million and redeemed nearly 2.4 million shares for approximately $29.4 million through its share repurchase plan.

Recent acquisitions include The Preserve at the Meadows, a multifamily community in Fort Collins, Colorado, purchased for approximately $61 million; and 9101 Stony Point Drive, a medical office building in Richmond, Virginia purchased for $52 million.
