InCommercial Hires Former Griffin and Urban Catalyst Sales Professional as VP of Capital Markets

InCommercial Property Group, a Chicago-based, full-service investment real estate portfolio manager, has hired industry veteran Lisa Florest as vice president of capital markets. Florest brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to the firm.

“Lisa will be a huge asset to the team as we continue the capital raising efforts of InCommercial’s investment products through the independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor channels,” said Dan Mercer, Jr., senior vice president of capital markets for InCommercial.

Florest previously worked for companies including Griffin Capital Securities, where she served as an internal wholesaler from 2018 to 2021. She joined Urban Catalyst Funds in 2021 and helped to develop and raise capital for investment offerings in commercial and industrial real estate, private credit, opportunity zone funds, office, residential, and hospitality prior to joining InCommercial.

Florest received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses.

Earlier this year, the firm launched its latest limited partnership offering.
