Hamilton Point Hires Randee Soriano as Senior Internal Wholesaler
Hamilton Point Investments, a sponsor of alternative investment offerings, hired Randee Soriano to serve as senior internal wholesaler. In her new position, she will oversee internal sales and marketing of HPI’s real estate private equity funds and will be responsible for developing, training and managing the firm’s internal sales team.

Soriano was a senior internal wholesaler for Terra Capital Partners for the past five years. Prior to that, she held senior positions at Lightstone Securities and Ridgewood Energy for two years and 12 years, respectively. Combined, Soriano has more than 20 years of experience working with alternative investments in the independent broker-dealer channel.
Hamilton Point Investments has sponsored four real estate private equity funds and seven Delaware statutory trust offerings for 1031 investors. The firm has more than 135 employees and has acquired more than 7,000 apartment units. Hamilton Point recently transitioned from using a third-party distribution platform to building its own vertically integrated sales and marketing team.
