Greenbacker Increases Net Asset Value and Revises Share Offering Prices
The board of Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC, a publicly registered, non-traded limited liability company, has approved the December 31, 2017 net asset value per share for Class A, Class C, and Class I shares of common stock.
The board of Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC, a publicly registered, non-traded limited liability company, has approved the December 31, 2017 net asset value per share for Class A and I shares of common stock of $8.68, an increase of $0.04 per share from the prior quarter’s valuation.
The board also approved a new net asset value per share for Class C shares of common stock of $8.42, which was consistent with the prior quarter’s valuation.
Due to the changes in net asset value per share, Class A shares will be priced at $9.780 each, Class I shares at $8.984 each, and Class C shares will maintain the $9.089 offering price. The new share prices go into effect on February 6, 2018.
Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company owns and operates a diversified portfolio of income-producing renewable energy power plants, energy efficiency projects and other sustainable investments. As of the third quarter 2017, the company’s portfolio was comprised of 188 assets with a total investment cost of $194.2 million.
