Four Springs Capital Adds Gregory Kammerer to its Capital Markets Team

Four Springs Capital LLC, a sponsor of single-tenant net lease investment programs, has hired Gregory Kammerer as senior vice president of its capital markets team.

Four Springs Capital LLC, a sponsor of single-tenant net lease investment programs, has hired Gregory Kammerer as senior vice president of its capital markets team.

Kammerer rejoins Four Springs Capital where he originally started his career in early 2010 as a private equity analyst and has since garnered experience working with family offices and institutions within the real estate and private equity sectors. In his new role, he will focus his efforts on representing the Four Springs primarily with family offices and institutional investors.

Prior to joining the company, he served as the vice president of capital markets at MLG Capital, a Midwest-based private equity real estate firm.

Kammerer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, and legal studies from Monmouth University and a juris doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a trustee of Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation where he serves on the investment and audit committees.
