The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has barred Philip Nalesnik, a former LPL Financial rep, for refusing to provide on-the-record testimony to the regulators into his alleged outside business activities when he was employed by the broker-dealer.
According to a letter of acceptance, waiver and consent issued by FINRA, Nalesnik spent 10 years at LPL prior to being discharged in July 2018 for violating its policy on outside business activities and failing to timely respond to its inquiries. Prior to LPL, Nalesnik spent three years at CCO Investment Services Corp.
Without admitting or denying the findings, Nalesnik was barred by FINRA and accepted and signed the AWC letter without admitting or denying the findings.
