Daniel Park Joins KBS as Senior Vice President and Asset Manager

KBS Realty Advisors, a private equity real estate company and registered investment advisor, has hired Daniel Park as senior vice president and asset manager for Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, and the Midwest areas.

In his new role, Park will be responsible for carrying out investment objectives in the Central and Midwest regions by focusing on cash flow yields, occupancy and leasing for each KBS-owned property. Additionally, he will be responsible for identifying new acquisitions and dispositions for his portfolio, which currently consists of six assets and approximately 3.2 million square feet.

Park first joined KBS in 2004 as an investment analyst and then went on to work with the Irvine Company as a senior associate. He then moved to Greenlaw Partners as a director of acquisitions and asset manager before returning to KBS. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.

“We are pleased to welcome Dan back to the KBS team. He is a tremendous talent and his extensive and varied experience will be an asset to the continued growth of the central region,” said Ken Robertson, central regional president of KBS.
