Commonwealth Financial Network, the nation’s largest private registered investment adviser and independent broker-dealer, has added Legacy Planning Partners to its platform. Formerly affiliated with Securian Financial Services Inc., partners Jan Graybill, Robert Wermuth, Matthew Kulp, and Kevin Donohue, along with their team of 30 advisors and support staff, oversee $1 billion in client assets.
Legacy Planning focuses its services on four areas: family office services, business transition planning, employer retirement plan consulting, and financial planning. The firm has offices in Allentown, Plymouth Meeting, and West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Founded in 1979, Commonwealth Financial Network has headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts and San Diego, California, and has approximately 1,950 advisors.
