CION Investments Announce Increase in Regular Distribution

CION Investments, a manager and distributor of alternative investments, announced that its co-chief executive officers declared a first quarter 2023 regular distribution of $0.34 per share.

The share is payable on March 31, 2023, to shareholders of record as of March 24, 2023, and is an increase of $0.03 per share, or 9.7%, from the $0.31 per share regular distribution paid by CION during the fourth quarter of 2022.

As The DI Wire previously reported in December 2023, the company also announced a year-end special cash distribution of $0.27 per share, payable on Jan. 31, 2023, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 30, 2022.

CION currently manages CION Investment Corporation (NYSE: CION), a recently listed business development company with approximately $1.9 billion in assets under management and sponsors, through CION Ares Management, CION Ares Diversified Credit Fund, a credit interval fund with approximately $3.4 billion in total managed assets.
