At 22,200 square feet of net rentable space, the facility and tenant stand to benefit from its close proximity to two large hospitals and North Carolina’s Biotechnology Corridor.

“The IMF is designed to help ENT physicians and audiologists provide the highest level of care to their patients,” said Michael Seton, President and Chief Investment Officer, Carter Validus Advisors II, LLC. “We are pleased to align ourselves with such a well-regarded organization in the field of otolaryngology. We are thrilled to be working with high-quality tenants like PENTA and to be able to add this facility to our portfolio of mission critical assets.”
