Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Declares Nav Per Share for June 2021

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust formerly known as Rodin Global Property Trust, has approved an estimated net asset value per share for its common stock.

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $24.26 as of June 30, 2021, compared to $24.28 the previous month.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $24.24, compared to $24.26 the previous month.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $24.25, compared to $24.27 the previous month.

Class S shares had an NAV per share of $24.24, compared to $24.26 the previous month.

Investments in real estate increased from $390.6 million in May to $391.4 million in June, while investments in real estate-related assets decreased slightly from $33.4 million to $33.2 million. Cash and cash equivalents increased from $27 million in May to $29.6 million in June, and other assets increased from $4.2 million to $4.7 million month-over-month.

Debt obligations at fair market value increased slightly from nearly ($193.8 million) in May to ($194.2 million) in June. Accounts payable and other liabilities decreased from ($15.4 million) to ($14.5 million) month-over-month, while non-controlling interests in subsidiaries decreased from ($73.1 million) in May to ($66.3 million) in June. Shares outstanding increased from 7 million to 7.5 million month-over-month.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust launched in March 2017 to invest in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate and debt secured by commercial real estate located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $191.7 million in investor equity as of May 2021.
