Black Creek Group Names VP of Strategic Accounts to Cover Intermediary Channel
Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate investment manager and development firm, has hired Dean Borgh as vice president of strategic accounts for Black Creek Capital Markets, the company’s distribution group.
Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate investment manager and development firm, has hired Dean Borgh as vice president of strategic accounts for Black Creek Capital Markets, the company’s distribution group. In his new role, he will be responsible for securing distribution opportunities of the company’s investment offerings within the independent, regional, wirehouse and bank broker-dealer channels.
Prior to joining Black Creek, Borgh served as senior national accounts manager for Starwood Capital LLC, and prior to that, was senior vice president of business development for W.P. Carey. He held multiple positions at Wells Real Estate Funds concluding with vice president of key accounts, and early in his career, served as executive vice president of account relations at Transamerica.
Borgh holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and earned his juris doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He also currently holds FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 and 24 licenses.
