Behringer Closed-End Fund Declares Bonus Distribution

A closed-end fund co-sponsored by Behringer and Prospect Capital Management, LLC, Priority Income Fund, Inc., will pay a bonus distribution of $0.1125 per share to investors.

See Priority Income Fund, Inc. in The DI Wire’s Directory.

Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 27, 2015 will be paid the bonus on March 30, 2015.

“Priority Income Fund’s strong performance continues to generate taxable income that supports this bonus distribution,” commented Robert J. Klein, a managing director of Prospect Capital Management LLC.

The bonus distribution is separate from Priority Income Fund’s monthly distributions, which as of December 31, 2014, was 9.06 percent annualized for Class R shares.

The fund invests in senior secured loans or collateralized loan obligations of private and public U.S-based companies.
