Apollo Realty Income Solutions Appoints Jess Lipsey as New CEO and President

Apollo Realty Income Solutions Inc., a non-listed net asset value real estate investment trust sponsored by Apollo Global Management Inc., announced that its board has appointed Jess Lipsey to the positions of chief executive officer and president of the company. The company has also elected Mr. Lipsey to the board. Each appointment will take effect as of Dec. 31, 2024.
The appointment of Lipsey to his new positions follows in connection with the recent retirement announcement of Dr. Randy Anderson, Apollo’s current co-chief executive officer, co-president and one of the company’s directors. Dr. Anderson’s retirement is effective as of Dec. 31, 2024. Apollo stated that Dr. Anderson’s decision was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the company or any of Apollo’s subsidiaries or affiliates.
Jess Lipsey, 43, has served as the co-chief investment officer of Apollo Global Management, Inc. since June 2022. Lipsey is a partner at Apollo, where he is a member of the real estate group and holds responsibility for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Apollo in 2010, Lipsey worked at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of equity and structured debt investments across the U.S. Previously, he was an analyst in the real estate investment banking group at Wachovia Securities, where he participated in advisory and financing assignments on behalf of private and public companies.
Lipsey also serves on the boards of various groups, including the Newport Parent Corporation, La Costa Capital Partners, LLC and Inspire Realty Services, Inc. Lipsey graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting.
