ADISA Appoints New Director to 2020 Board
Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), a trade group representing the alternative investment and securities industry, has appointed Drew Dornbusch of LaSalle Investment Management to its 2020 board.
Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), a trade group representing the alternative investment and securities industry, has appointed Drew Dornbusch of LaSalle Investment Management to its 2020 board.
Dornbusch is a managing director at LaSalle Investment Management and manages the 1031 platform for JLL Income Property Trust. Since entering the alternative investment industry in 2004, Dornbusch has served in various capacities with numerous sponsors and assisted in the syndication of more than $14 billion of commercial real estate, including more than $600 million of 1031 tax deferred investments. Most recently, Dornbusch managed product development for Colony Capital (NYSE: CLNY).
Dornbusch holds a law degree from Cornell Law School and regularly speaks at industry conferences regarding product structuring and regulatory affairs.
The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association bills itself as the nation’s largest trade association representing the non‐traded alternative investment space. Its members are typically involved in non-traded real estate investment trusts, business development companies, master limited partnerships and private and public funds (LPs/LLCs), 1031 exchange programs (DSTs/TICs), energy and oil and gas interests, equipment leasing programs, or other alternative and direct investment offerings. The association was founded in 2003 and has more than 4,000 members.
