Walton Global Sells 60 Acres in Colorado

Walton Global, a real estate investment and land asset management company, announced the sale of 248 platted lots on a 60-acre parcel within the Silver Peaks master plan on the northwest border of the town of Lochbuie, Colorado to homebuilder D.R. Horton. The transaction price was not disclosed.

Located in Weld County and situated northeast of Denver and southeast of Greely, with access to the Denver International Airport.

“We’re proud to once again partner with D.R. Horton on the next phase of the Silver Peaks master planned community,” said David Duncan, vice president of asset management for the Colorado region for Walton Global. “This phase will build on the success of the community with the addition of quality, affordable homes to meet the needs of the area’s growing population.”

Zoned for a planned unit development, Silver Peaks by D.R. Horton is currently selling homes from the high-400s to mid-500s, including floorplans of approximately 1,291 to 2,718 square feet. The company says two-story and ranch-style homes are constructed with spacious, open-concept plans suited for a variety of preferences.

Walton Global is a privately-owned land asset management and real estate investment company with $3.4 billion in assets under management.
