Ultimus Launches Registered Alternatives Gateway Platform
Ultimus Fund Solutions – an independent provider of full-service, technology-enhanced fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions – has rolled out Ultimus Registered Alternatives Gateway, a scalable platform to launch registered alternative funds. Harnessing Ultimus’ governance practices in the registered fund space, alternatives experience, technology and partnerships supporting registered investment products, the company organized what it describes as a comprehensive way to assist asset managers with launching interval funds and tender offer funds to access retail, institutional, and high-net-worth investors.

The platform also offers real-time investor reporting with technology to provide key insights into the distribution environment.
