The NAV per share for Class A shares increased from $17.20 on July 1st to $17.41 on July 29th.

RREEF Property Trust invests primarily in income-producing commercial real estate located in the United States, including office, industrial, retail and apartment properties. The REIT also invests in the common and preferred stock of REITs and other real estate companies and debt investments backed principally by real estate.
As of the first quarter of 2022, RREEF Property Trust’s real estate portfolio included 15 properties totaling 1.9 million square feet and valued at $592 million, while its real estate securities portfolio was valued at $34.7 million. The initial public offering was declared effective in January 2013 and has raised $319.8 million in investor equity as of June 2022.
