Phoenix American Financial Services Hires Vice President of Fund Accounting
Phoenix American Financial Services Inc., a provider of transfer agent services for alternative investments, has hired Samuel Petrecky to serve as vice president of fund accounting.
Phoenix American Financial Services Inc., a provider of transfer agent services for alternative investments, has hired Samuel Petrecky to serve as vice president of fund accounting. In his new role, Petrecky will manage the Phoenix American fund accounting group which provides accounting services to private equity, venture capital and real estate funds.
Prior to joining Phoenix American, Petrecky worked with Gen II Fund Services as associate director managing the daily operations and accounting functions for private equity fund clients and has held positions at various fund accounting providers including Standish Management and AIS Fund Administration.
