Mill Green Partners Fully Subscribes $170 Million Opportunity Fund

Mill Green Partners, a sponsor of private equity offerings, announced that they have fully subscribed Mill Green Opportunity Fund VIII. The fund, which was launched in May 2022, raised $170 million.

The company says MGP Opportunity Fund VIII will provide equity capital for Class A apartment development projects for seven development companies.

Mill Green Partners sponsors the Mill Green Opportunity Fund series, which focuses on investing in Class A multifamily development projects in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S with a “select group of development partners.”

MGP has sponsored seven previous funds that raised approximately $270 million and invested in 29 multifamily projects. Fund VIII follows the close of Fund VII, which raised $80 million.

Skyway Capital Markets LLC served as managing dealer for the Atlanta-based Mill Green Partners’ fund.
