Invesco Real Estate Income Trust Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust, declared a monthly net asset value per share for its classes of common stock, as of Dec. 1, 2023.

Class T shares had a NAV per share of $28.64 as of Dec. 1, 2023, compared to $28.91 the previous month, a decline of 0.9%.

Class S shares had a NAV per share of $28.66, compared to $28.92 the previous month, a decline of 0.9%.

Class D shares had a NAV per share of $28.66, compared to $28.92 the previous month, a decline of 0.9%.

Class I shares had a NAV per share of $28.77, compared to $29.04 the previous month, a decline of 0.9%.

Class E shares had a NAV per share of $30.09, compared to $30.34 the previous month, a decline of 0.8%.

Shares were originally priced at $25.00 each.

The REIT had 21.5 million shares outstanding at the end of November.

The company also announced that they closed on the sale of Cortona Apartments to an unaffiliated third party for a sales price of $62 million.

The REIT launched its public offering, which seeks to raise up to $3.0 billion, in May 2021. As of August 11, 2023, the company had sold approximately $148 million worth of shares and had an aggregate NAV of $635.1 million as of Sept. 30, 2023.
