Sean O’Connell, Chief Strategy Officer, Inspired Healthcare Capital
Inspired Healthcare Capital LLC, a private equity firm specializing in senior housing investments, has added two new executive members as part of their “long-term growth strategy.”
Sean O’Connell has been named the company’s chief strategy officer and David Clement will serve as chief financial officer of Volante Senior Living, IHC’s in-house senior housing operator.
O’Connell holds an MBA in accounting and management from the University of Chicago, along with a master’s in economics from Rutgers University. He is a CFA Charter holder with expertise in the financial services, healthcare and medical technology sectors.
Prior to IHC, O’Connell was with McKinsey and Company where he was a global leader in McKinsey’s People and Organization Practice and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. O’Connell also has notable structured finance and international capital markets experience from his time as a leading economist for the World Bank & IMF and working for Columbus Circle Investors.
David Clement, Chief Financial Officer, Volante Senior Living
Clement is a licensed CPA and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Sam Houston State University. He began his career in auditing in 1986 and has previously served as chief financial officer for two of his previous companies, Classic American Retirement and The Aspenwood Company.
