Inland Investments Launches New Private Equity Platform
Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of alternative public and private real estate securities, has launched its newest subsidiary business entity, Inland Venture Partners LLC.
Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of alternative public and private real estate securities, has launched its newest subsidiary business entity, Inland Venture Partners LLC. Inland Venture Partners will sponsor a series of closed-end, specified assets funds to accredited investors seeking exposure to private equity real estate.
Inland Venture Partners plans to identify opportunities where asset performance can be enhanced with financial and operational support and plans to target assets ranging in size between $20 million and $100 million, according to the firm’s website.
The new company’s directors and executives include Daniel Goodwin as chairman, Mitchell Sabshon as chief executive officer, Rod Curtis as president, Ravi Bansal as chief investment officer, Catherine Lynch as chief financial officer and treasurer, Roberta Matlin as vice president, and Cathleen Hrtanek as secretary.
