Go Store It Debuts First Facility in Nevada

Go Store It Self-Storage, a self-storage provider and an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, announced the grand opening of its first location in Nevada. Located on East Ann Road in North Las Vegas, the facility has over 78,000 rentable square feet of indoor climate-controlled and drive-up storage spaces.

North Las Vegas, recognized as one of the top five fastest-growing cities in the United States, has experienced a surge in population, outpacing the delivery of storage solutions.

“With such a rapidly diversifying Southern Nevada economy, North Las Vegas offers affordable new home options to meet the needs of the growing resident base. Go Store It North Las Vegas is primed to meet the needs of this previously underserved section of the community,” said Adam Lentz, Go Store It’s West Coast development partner. “We are excited to open our first of what will be many locations in Nevada.”

The 717-unit facility features gated, secure access and a monitored high-security platform and ensures easy accessibility for residents and business owners. North Las Vegas is leading Southern Nevada in new home construction and economic development. According to the 2022 U.S. Census Bureau, the city experienced a population growth of over 20% in the last decade. The facility is surrounded by densely populated residential neighborhoods and, according to Go Store It, is the only storage option for a mile in every direction.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Go Store It is an affiliate of Madison Capital Group and specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of self-storage assets throughout the United States. The company currently has more than 7.1 million square feet of storage space under management and construction spanning 17 states.
