Davis Succeeds Urban Catalyst’s Senethavilay as National Sales Director
Urban Catalyst Funds named Elijah Davis as its new national sales director of its strategic partnership channel, which focuses on raising capital through the independent broker-dealer and registered independent adviser space.
Erik Hayden, founder of UCF – a real estate fund manager and developer headquartered in San Jose, Calif. – acknowledged the tenure of Pisoot Senethavilay, former director.
“Pisoot has been a driving force in shaping the success of UCF, contributing his expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment. His dedication and leadership have been invaluable in building and strengthening our team. We sincerely appreciate Pisoot’s contributions to the team and wish him continued success in his future endeavors,” Hayden said.
Davis joined the UCF team in 2021 as a senior vice president responsible for external sales in the company’s mountain states territory. He previously served in various sales roles with Walton Securities, Griffin Capital Securities and Pacific Oak Capital Markets, among others, since joining the securities industry in 2014.
“We are confident that under Elijah’s leadership, UCF will continue to thrive and reach new heights. Elijah’s dedication and passion for our mission align perfectly with the values of our organization,” said Morgan Mackles, UCF partner and executive vice president of investor relations.
“I am honored and excited to lead UCF. I look forward to building on the strong foundation laid by Pisoot and working collaboratively with the talented team at UCF to drive innovation, growth, and success,” said Davis.
