Public reporting, daily NAV REIT Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust (IPT) recently released its 2014 fourth quarter results.
IPT offers four shares classes, the Class M, Class A, Class M-I, Class A-I, and during Q4 achieved net returns of 2.32%, 2.14%, 2.38%, and 2.32% respectively. During the year, net returns equaled 7.95%, 7.34%, 4.55%, and 4.41%.
The REIT’s portfolio had a net asset value of $511 million as of December 31, 2014. IPT owned 28 properties with 4.6 million square feet of space in aggregate and enjoyed a 97% occupancy rate with an average remaining lease term of 7.6 years through the end of 2014.
As of April 24, 2015, IPT’s Class A shares had a share price of $10.69.
Since 2012, Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust has raised over $410 million in its various public offerings and dividend reinvestment plan.
