Class AX, Class IX, and Class I shares had an NAV per share of $24.17 as of March 31, 2021, compared to $24.00 the previous month.

Class TX shares had an NAV per share of $24.15, compared to $23.98 the previous month.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $24.15, compared to $23.98 the previous month.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $24.16, compared to $24.00 the previous month.

Class S shares had an NAV per share of $24.15, compared to $23.98 the previous month.

Investments in real estate increased from nearly $237.2 million in February to $359.8 million in March, while investments in real estate-related assets hovered around $33.3 million month-over-month. Cash and cash equivalents decreased from $21.7 million in February to $13.6 million in March, while other assets increased from $862,000 in February to $3 million in March.

Debt obligations at fair market value increased from approximately $117 million in February to $193.5 million in March. Accounts payable and other liabilities increased slightly from $2.8 million in February to $2.9 million in March. Non-controlling interests in subsidiaries increased from ($10.3 million) in February to ($46.7 million) in March. There were 6.8 million of share outstanding in March, compared to 6.7 million the previous month.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust invests in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate and debt secured by commercial real estate located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $166.8 million in investor equity as of late March 2021.
