Brian Buehler Appointed CEO of Triton Pacific Securities

Triton Pacific Capital Partners LLC, a private equity firm with asset and investment management services, has appointed Brian Buehler as chief executive officer of Triton Pacific Securities LLC, the managing broker-dealer for Triton’s investment offerings.

In his new role as CEO, Buehler will oversee the company’s long-term strategies and continue his involvement in the sales, selling group buildout, and product and business development, the company said.

Buehler has more than 20 years of investment product development and distribution experience within the financial services industry with a focus on commercial real estate, alternative investments and private equity.

He has served as president and head of distribution of Triton Pacific Securities and as a member of the affiliates’ investment committee. He is also a member of the board and secretary of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association.

“Brian’s leadership over the past 2+ years have shown significant growth in the Triton Pacific’s distribution platform in areas including systems, processes, and people,” said Craig Faggen, founder of Triton Pacific Group Inc.

Before joining Triton Pacific, Buehler’s was president of non-traded REIT United Realty and its capital markets department. He served in various capacities at Strategic Storage Holdings/SmartStop, most recently as national sales director.

Buehler received his bachelor’s degree from Chapman University and co-authored Alpha Academy, an education program designed to help financial professionals learn about private equity.

Founded in 2001, Triton Pacific is a private equity firm which has sponsored 50+ private equity programs totaling $1 billion in assets and offerings. The company’s current offerings include Triton Pacific Investment Corporation, a publicly registered non-traded general fund focused on acquiring private businesses, and Tasty Brands LP, a Reg D fund focused on consolidating national brand chain restaurants franchises.
