Apollo Realty Income Solutions Inc., a non-traded NAV real estate investment trust sponsored by Apollo Global Management Inc., has declared its monthly net asset value per share as of Feb. 28, 2023.
While the REIT has registered nine separate share classes, it has only sold Class F-I shares as of the end of February. As a result, the transaction price for all share classes is based on the company’s total NAV per share of $20.05 as of Feb. 28, 2023, which is a slight increase compared to the company’s per share NAV of $20.04 as of Jan. 31, 2023.
The company’s aggregate NAV grew to $157.6 million, compared to $140.9 million the month prior.
As of Feb. 28, 2023, Apollo’s number of outstanding shares was 7.9 million, compared to 7.0 the month prior (including 5.0 million third-party operating partnership units).
As previously reported by The DI Wire, the REIT was publicly registered with the SEC in September 2022 and declared effective in November 2022.
Apollo Realty Income Solutions has registered up to a maximum of $5 billion in shares of its common stock for sale. As of March 17, 2023, the company sold approximately 4.8 million shares for total proceeds of $96.3 million.
