Shopoff Realty Investments Expanding Sales Team
Shopoff Realty Investments, a private investment firm that sponsors or co-sponsors alternative investment offerings, is expanding its sales team and seeking three candidates to fill openings at the company. The openings include a regional vice president for the northwest region, a regional vice president for the northeast region, and an internal wholesaler.
The regional vice president for the northwest region will work remotely, but will ideally be based out of major metropolitan areas such as San Francisco, Portland, or Seattle. Candidates will be responsible for representing the company, expanding the investor, registered representative, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor and investment advisor representatives base of the company, and assisting in raising capital for the company’s investment offerings. The northwest region includes Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Minnesota, Colorado and Utah. Candidates must hold FINRA Series 7 or 22 license.
The regional vice president for the northeast region will also work remotely. The states in the region include Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and New York (eastern and NYC metro), Pennsylvania (Eastern), Rhode Island, and Vermont. Candidates must hold FINRA Series 7 or 22 license.
The internal wholesaler will be responsible for supporting the company’s external wholesalers and representing the company and its private and public non-traded real estate opportunity funds to financial advisors. The applicant must be willing to work full-time from the company headquarters in Irvine, California. Shopoff requires three to five years of experience as an internal wholesaler in the financial services industry, and applicants must hold a FINRA Series 63 or 7 license.
