SC Distributors Names Alex MacGillivray as National Sales Manager

SC Distributors LLC, a wholesale distributor of alternative investment offerings, has hired Alex MacGillivray as national sales manager.

SC Distributors LLC, a wholesale distributor of alternative investment offerings, has hired Alex MacGillivray as national sales manager.

In his new role, MacGillivray will oversee this company’s external wholesaling team and the distribution of the company’s digital infrastructure product offerings. Pisoot Senethavilay, who previously served as national sales manager, will lead the company’s wholesaling efforts on the West Coast.

MacGillivray has nearly 30 years of experience building and leading teams in the financial services industry and has relationships with broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and family offices across the country, the company said.

Prior to joining SC Distributors, MacGillivray led sales teams for S2K Financial and Realty Capital Securities, and has also held executive positions at Prudential, Lincoln Financial, AXA and Fidelity Investments.

MacGillivray holds a bachelor’s degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and holds FINRA series 24, 26, 7, 6, and 63 designations.
