Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund Announces Quarterly Distribution

Sponsor of direct real estate investment vehicles like non-traded REITs and limited partnerships, Resource Real Estate recently announced the quarterly distribution for its mutual fund. Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund (the Fund), which invests in both public and private markets, declared its quarterly distribution of $0.153, as of September 30, 2014.

The Fund’s management calculates the quarterly distribution by taking the income received from the Fund’s portfolio, subtracting expenses, and dividing the result by the total number of shares the Fund’s investors own.

The latest figure of $0.153 is the Fund’s sixth consecutive quarterly distribution and represents a 6.2% distribution, placing it in excess of the Fund’s initial 5% target. At the close of the most recent quarter, the Fund had an inception-to-date, total return of 7.06%. The Fund comes in three share classes; Retail share classes of A, C, and an institutional class I.

The Fund is constructed to have low correlation to broader markets and invests across multiple real estate sectors through publicly traded and private investments.

Through a portfolio of publicly traded REITs, REIT preferred equity, and non-traded REITs, It seeks to offer current income, risk diversification, and long-term appreciation by accessing alternative assets. The fund also has a liquidity feature through quarterly redemptions
