Preferred Capital Securities Hires Regional Vice President
Preferred Capital Securities LLC, an independent managing broker-dealer, announced the addition of Geoffrey Ihm to their organization as a regional vice president covering the Pacific Northwest.
PCS says Ihm will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors throughout the region.
“With a proven track record of raising capital across multiple product lines, Geoff will make a great addition to our team of professionals, as we expand our product platform and continue to grow,” said Eric Graber, president and national sales manager.
Ihm has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining PCS, Ihm served Pacific Oak Capital Markets as a senior regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest. While at Pacific Oak, Ihm distributed non-traded real estate investment trusts, Reg-D offerings, and a 1031 exchange program.
Prior to Pacific Oak, he was with Gladstone Securities covering their Western Region, and raised capital for two preferred stock offerings, one focused on farmland and the other office and industrial. He also previously worked for Ascent Financial Network, LPL Financial and Black Creek Group.
Ihm earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Iowa.
