Peak Capital Solutions Expands Sales Team With the Addition of Two Veteran Wholesalers

Peak Capital Solutions LLC, a third-party distribution platform specializing in alternative investments, has brought on two external wholesalers to its team.

Leo J. Peters IV has joined Peak as senior vice president and will oversee sales in the firm’s Central territory. Peters brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, working closely with financial advisers and their clients. He previously worked with Equity Markets Group, Carter Funds LLC, ExchangeRight Real Estate, and Preferred Capital Securities.

Peters earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds FINRA Series 7, 6, and 63 licenses. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jeremy Groh has also been appointed as senior vice president, responsible for sales in the East Coast territory. Groh is a seasoned wholesaler with over 20 years of industry experience. He joins Peak from PREP Securities, where he managed the firm’s Southeast territory. Throughout his career, Groh has held senior positions at Waypoint Residential, F/m Acceleration, AMG Funds, and Aston Funds.

Groh is a graduate of Manchester College and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
