Non-Traded REIT Sponsor Hires Former Ventas Exec as Chief Accounting Officer

Phillips Edison announced today that Jennifer L. Robinson has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.

Phillips Edison provides a range of retail solutions for investors and retailers, including two non-traded REITs that it co-sponsors along with AR Capital.

“Jennifer will be a great addition to our leadership team with her depth of knowledge and experience in accounting and finance,” commented Devin Murphy, Principal and CFO of Phillips Edison.

In her new position, Mrs. Robinson will be in charge of leading all aspects of the accounting function for the company. Mrs. Robinson has over 18 years of industry practice, including experience in the SEC and financial reporting sector. Before joining the Phillips Edison team, she worked at Ventas, Inc. for the last nine years, most recently as Vice President, Financial Reporting. Mrs. Robison was an Audit Manager at Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP and an Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young, before her time at Ventas.

With a B.A. in Accounting from Bellarmine University, Mrs. Robinson is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an active member of the AICPA, Kentucky Society of CPAs, NAREIT, and the SEC Professional Group.
