Inspired Healthcare Expands Team with Nine Hires

Inspired Healthcare Capital, a senior housing real estate private equity fund, has expanded their team with nine additional members.

Inspired Healthcare Capital (IHC), a Regulation D private equity fund that focuses on senior housing real estate, has hired Mitch Harris as chief operating officer and Patrick Lam as president of capital markets and national sales manager.

As chief operating officer, Harris is responsible for overseeing daily operations and team growth. Prior to joining IHC, he spent more than 18 years as the president and founder of consulting firm, Communication Mastery. Harris has more than 30 years of executive and consulting experience spanning three industries, including financial services, sports marketing, and corporate consulting and coaching.

Lam, president of capital markets and national sales manager, has more than 16 years of experience in capital markets and has raised more than $1.2 billion throughout that time, the company said. Prior to joining IHC, he held similar roles at Griffin Capital, MetLife Investors, AIG SunAmerica and Nationwide Annuities.

The company also announced the hiring of Mike Jones as director of underwriting, Lauren Litle as director of strategy and corporate development, Brian Lester as development project manager, Paolo Chen as controller, and Robert Brennan, Sly Pusiri, and Chris Wadelin as senior vice presidents.

Based in Scottdale, Arizona, Inspired Healthcare Capital invests in single tenant, net lease senior housing, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities.
