Madison Capital Expands Sales Team with Two New Hires

Madison Capital Group LLC, a manager of opportunistic and value-add real estate investments, has added Tiya Corrigan and John Napoleone to its capital markets team.

Madison Capital Group LLC, a manager of opportunistic and value-add real estate investments, has added Tiya Corrigan and John Napoleone to its capital markets team. Corrigan joins as director of national accounts, and Napoleone serves as an external wholesaler for the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic region.

In her new role, Corrigan will lead the company’s key accounts group across the country. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, raising capital through registered investment advisors, family offices, trust officers, foundations and financial advisors throughout her career.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Corrigan joined Madison Capital from SmartStop Asset Management where she served as a consultant. Previous roles include associate vice president at Triton Pacific Securities, internal wholesaler at Shopoff Realty Investments, and senior regional marketing director at Pacific Life Insurance Company.

Napoleone, who has 15 years of industry experience, previously served as regional vice president at Select Capital Corporation and SmartStop Asset Management and has held similar sales positions at SK2 Financial and Realty Capital Securities.
