Go Store It Opens Florida Storage Facility

Go Store It Self-Storage, a self-storage provider and an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, announced the grand opening of its newest Florida location.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in Pensacola. This is an outstanding location in an exceptional community,” said Neil Dyer, the vice president of acquisitions for Go Store It. “The property has great visibility from a major thoroughfare, and the building was well-suited for conversion to self-storage.”

Located at 3670 N L Street, it marks the reuse of a former office building by the team at BenCo Construction.

Go Store It Pensacola offers a range of climate-controlled storage units. The company says the facility’s location and security features will “benefit” residents and businesses in Brent, West Pensacola, Bellview, Myrtle Grove and surrounding areas.

Near Town & Country Plaza, the facility is accessible off West Fairfield Drive, close to U.S. Route 29, Palafox Street and Interstate 110. It serves neighborhoods such as Brentwood Park, Pinecrest, Goulding, Rosewood Terrace, Palafox Industrial Park, and beyond, as well as students enrolled at Pensacola State College or the University of West Florida.

The company says features of Go Store It Pensacola includes climate-controlled units, recorded video surveillance for enhanced security, and keypad access for secure entry.

Currently, the company has more than 7.1 million square feet of storage space under management and construction.
