Global Net Lease, Inc. Delays Listing To Next Week
The real estate investment trust formerly known as American Realty Capital Global Trust, Inc., now called Global Net Lease, Inc., announced today it expects to list on the New York Stock Exchange during the week of May 26th.
An earlier statement from the REIT indicated trading would begin this week.
Global Net Lease, Inc. will trade using the symbol “GNL” and in conjunction with listing, the company intends to launch a tender offer to purchase up to $125 million of its shares at $10.50 per share.
The REIT’s portfolio consists of over 300 properties in the U.S. and Europe with an aggregate cost of $2.4 billion, as of December 31, 2014.
