ExchangeRight and Telos Appoint New Chief Investment Officer
ExchangeRight Real Estate, a sponsor of 1031 exchange investment programs, and its affiliate Telos Capital have appointed Brett Franklin as their new chief investment officer.
ExchangeRight Real Estate, a sponsor of 1031 exchange investment programs, and its affiliate Telos Capital have appointed Brett Franklin as their new chief investment officer.
Prior to joining ExchangeRight and Telos, Franklin was the CIO at Everest Properties since 2011. He previously served as chief executive officer of a real estate consulting firm and was senior vice president of acquisitions and dispositions of publicly traded REIT PS Business Parks Inc. Franklin has completed more than $1.7 billion in acquisitions, dispositions and developments over the course of his career.

Franklin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
