ExchangeRight Hires VP of Broker-Dealer and RIA Relations

ExchangeRight, a sponsor of securitized 1031 exchange real estate offerings, has appointed David Flamm as vice president of its broker-dealer and registered investment adviser relations team.

ExchangeRight, a sponsor of securitized 1031 exchange real estate offerings, has appointed David Flamm as vice president of its broker-dealer and registered investment adviser relations team.

Flamm joins ExchangeRight with more than 16 years of experience in the financial industry and in tax-advantaged strategies and private equity. According to his LinkedIn profile, Flamm served as an assistant vice president at Peachtree Hotel Group prior to joining the company. He served as an associate VP at Preferred Capital Securities from 2017-2019 and as an assistant VP at Inland Securities Corporation from 2004-2017.

“David is a strategic addition to our team and will be instrumental in helping us support our industry partners in the face of the record-breaking demand for our offerings that we continue to experience,” said Warren Thomas, a managing partner of ExchangeRight.

Flamm graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. He maintains Series 7 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
